What is a SME Loan?
An SME loan is business finance structured for small and medium enterprises with an established track record — used for capacity expansion, new machinery, a new branch or larger working-capital limits. Lenders look closely at your financial statements, GST turnover, banking conduct and business credit score (CMR). Secured SME loans backed by property or machinery are usually priced lower than collateral-free ones, while CGTMSE guarantee cover lets eligible enterprises borrow without collateral.
LTV / collateral: Secured / Unsecured — collateral optional on eligible profiles; CGTMSE cover may apply.
