1. Who we are

Kredistar Finserv Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U66190KA2025PTC196445), registered office #164, 1st Cross, Judicial Colony, AECS Layout, Sanjaynagara, Bengaluru – 560094, is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and authorised channel partner of banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank or NBFC, do not lend, and do not guarantee approval. All credit decisions rest with the lender.

2. Acceptance

By using the website or app, checking eligibility, applying or registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Our service

We help you compare loan products and submit applications to partner lenders. The service is free for borrowers. Lender fees and charges are levied by the lender and disclosed in its Key Fact Statement. Kredistar may receive a commission from the lender on disbursal.

4. Calculators & estimates

EMI and eligibility results are indicative estimates based on the information you enter. They are not an offer or sanction and do not affect your credit score.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information. False or misleading information may lead to rejection by the lender and legal consequences. Keep your account password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

6. Communication consent

By submitting a form you authorise Kredistar and its lending partners to contact you about your request by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to office@kredistar.in.

7. Limitation of liability

Kredistar facilitates introductions and is not a party to your loan agreement. We are not liable for a lender’s decision, its terms or delays in its processes. Content on this site is for general information and is not financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Intellectual property

Site content and the Kredistar name and logo belong to Kredistar Finserv Pvt. Ltd. Lender names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify our partners.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
