What is the minimum CIBIL score required for a home loan?
Most banks require 700–720+. Scores of 750+ get the lowest rates. Below 700 we still help through NBFCs or by adding a co-applicant. We work with lenders who consider scores as low as 650 in certain cases. Do not give up — call us before making any decision.
Can I get a home loan if I am self-employed or a business owner?
Absolutely. We specialise in self-employed and business owner profiles. You will need 3 years of ITR, P&L statements, and bank statements. Some lenders also offer bank statement loans without ITR for business owners with strong cash flows. We assess your specific situation and find the best lender.
What is the difference between a construction loan and a home purchase loan?
A home purchase loan is for buying a ready-to-move or under-construction flat from a builder. A construction loan is for building your own house on a plot you already own or are purchasing simultaneously. Construction loans have stage-wise disbursement linked to completion milestones.
Can I get a single loan for land purchase and construction?
Yes. A land purchase + construction loan covers both the cost of the plot and construction of the house under a single product. The plot must be in an approved layout (BDA/BBMP/Gram Panchayat with conversion). Construction must commence within a specified period of the land purchase disbursement.
How long does disbursement take?
For salaried applicants with complete documents and a ready-to-move property: 5–7 working days. For under-construction properties or self-employed profiles: 10–15 working days. Construction loans may take slightly longer due to plot title verification and legal due diligence.

Section 80EE: Additional ₹50,000 for first-time buyers subject to eligibility conditions. For under-construction properties, interest deduction is available post-possession in five equal installments.
